We are an independent service and are not affiliated with DOT or FMCSA. Evaluations and treatment recommendations remain with qualified professionals, while testing and employment responsibilities remain with the relevant providers and employers.
Provider contact and services
Submitting a request is free and does not commit you to booking a service. If you give the sharing consent, up to three relevant independent providers may obtain paid access to your request and contact details.
Providers set their own fees, availability and service terms. Check qualifications, costs and appointment arrangements before booking. Your agreement for professional services is with the provider you choose.
