When you contact us or request SAP support, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code and the details you choose to provide. We also receive basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to operate and protect the service.
Please do not send medical records, drug test documents, Social Security numbers or Clearinghouse passwords through this website or live chat.
How we use and share information
We use your information to respond to you, help with the service you requested, prevent misuse and keep necessary records.
If you agree to provider contact, we may make your request and contact details available to up to three relevant independent SAP providers. Providers may pay for access to these details so they can contact you about your request. This is separate from consent to unrelated marketing.
We also use service providers to support website hosting, communications and administration. General contact messages are handled by our team and are not offered to SAP providers as quote requests. Independent providers are responsible for the information you share with them directly.
Live chat, ZIP lookup and analytics
Live chat loads when you choose to open it. The chat service receives your messages and contact details, along with visited-page, referring-page, browser and IP information. It uses browser storage to maintain the conversation.
Our ZIP lookup sends your ZIP code to Zippopotam.us to identify your area. Google Analytics loads only when you allow optional analytics and is disabled when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, ZIP codes or request details to Google Analytics.

Keeping your information and your choices
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to requests, provide support, maintain security and meet record-keeping obligations. We use safeguards intended to protect it, although no online service can guarantee absolute security.
